A brand new and rather excellent dancer that

This is actually a song David wrote for Jimmy Scott

David Washington was a founder member of

new rendition of one of the key tracks from their Ariola LP. lnstead
of Anita we get the female lead from Katrina Johnson. A good
rendition of a total Soul Music classic song! |

Don't pop the question (If you
can't take the answer)
The infamous 'Pam Jackson' acetate turned out
to be none other than Detroit's Oliver Cheatham! A
fabulous unreleased 70's Soul dancer from 1974. Brilliant
stuff!
Note -
There's a lovely 15 second slow intro which has been
edited out for the MP3 plus there's a string break to die for which is just
kicking in as MP3 ends - You'll need the 45 to hear
it in all it's glory! |

Fantastic 60's Jazz Soul dancer which is

Nice to have on 45 as the original is either on a hard US LP

sounds much earlier? Not played out anything like as much as
it deserves to be. The label says it all baby!

This is the side that was played (a bit) back in
the day although it never really took off, probably because
it has a long slow intro before breaking out into a superb

before!

condition but may have the odd mark or the odd bit of writing or the odd small

surface noise or with the odd pop or two! The label may be marked or have
writing on it or may have small tears but these will be noted!
VG+
